Poppy Seed Muffins

3 c flour
2 TBS poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Mix dry ingredients together.  Then add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
