Whole Wheat Bread

2 1/2 cups hot water
1/8 cup oil
1/6 cup honey
1 TBS yeast
1/2 TBS salt
5 cups whole grain flour

Mix everything except flour and let sit for five minutes. Add flour and mix for ten minutes. Mold into loaves and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
